I love the Baby Jaguar Cub painting. All the prices are in dollars, and I cant find this picture on the UK site.Is it available to purchase in the UK? Am I OK to purchase it on the US site? Will it convert to UK pounds?

Yes you are fine to buy as dollars it should convert as you do the check out. I am UK based too, I just show dollars as most of my customers are USA based
